I did some layouts

Mind you they were only little 8*8's but Mum and Dad are here from New Zealand and Mum bought back the album that I gave her for her birthday. And silly me said bring it back and I will add some more pages. Well someone (me!) forgot about this and at last night's crop I did these three layouts. Happy Girl is Katie on Mothers Day 2008 and this was the only time she smiled. Best photo I have taken on my phone. I like this L/o so much that I printed the photo as a 5*7 as well and will do a 12*12 layout for my album. The Love L/o is the girls with their Grandparents on Claire's 5th birthday (23/07/08). Poor girl is sick. And the last one Our House is the girls standing in our finally completed garden.

ATC Friends Dinner 19/07

What a fun night we all had on Saturday night at Sizzler Loganholme. There were seven of use and we had a blast. As always, laughs a plenty. Not much talk of hemmy today except when I was up at the ice cream outlet.

I made two ATC's for this night to trade. For You was made last week and What Time Tonight was made a few hours before the dinner when Justin and the Girls were at a birthday party. Mind you I had to dash out and buy Claire's birthday present.

Most of us traded cards that night and I will upload these at a later date. The cards we received were fantastic. These ladies really do put my cards to shame. They are such an amazing bunch of talented ladies that I am glad to call friends.

One day way back in May when the girls and I went to see Kyla and her girls they were having some fun playing.

Lets say all was quiet so us Mum's went to investigate to see what the girls were up to. In the side garden here they were with Texta's in hand and making money with the rocks.

Quite inventive really. I love these photos that Kyla took. The girls just oved doing this.

Now that I know what I am doing

I am starting to get my blog looking a lot better. Will need to take some pics of the layouts that are missing half a page and replace them. Won't be doing it tonight though.

Here is one of the girls that I did in March at the Create-a-weekend at Scrapbooks Etc. I like this one. So them.

Tomorrow night I will be trading more ATC's at our first ever ATC dinner.

Woo hoo I got it

I have finally figured out what I am doing and how to do it with this blog thing. So now my photos and my posts wil go together and not all over the place.

This is one I completed over the weekend. My version of Lucky Bamboo. I borrowed this stamp from my friend Kyla and just love it. One of these is on the way to the USA for ATC_World WTA for June.

It has been a month since......

I last posted to my blog. Mind you I have submitted three of the four modules I needed to do before the end of June so relatively happy with that. Spent a lot of time catching up with my lovely friends and having a great time.

It has been school holidays and we are now on to our third day of wet weather - YUCK!
